The city of Bay Harbor Islands could be home to seven new residential towers, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. Of the seven towers, four are slated to become condominiums, for an overall total of 370 units. The number of new projects currently in some stage of development in South Florida totals more than 92, according to Condo Vultures. The largest of the group would be the Island House, with 93 units, although CV said it was not yet clear if the project would be a condo or an apartment tower. — Alexander Britell
