Chateau Ocean Condominiums in Surfside now taking reservations. The project, which obtained approval at the end of 2012, consist of 89 units, 12 stories tall in all, and was designed by renowned firm Arquitectonica. The developer, Chateau Group based in Hallandale Beach, recently purchased the parcels located at the 9300 block of Collins Avenue for $50 millions to build this luxury tower. They are also behind the Sunny Isles project Chateau Beach, which is currently under construction and due by September 2014. With an average price of $1300/sf, there is no doubt Chateau Ocean is a high-end, exclusive project. Pricing will start in the mid $3 million for the least expensive unit and will range in size from 3,500 sf to +10,000 sq ft.
