Sayan is a boutique building located in Sunny Isles Beach, which was completed in 2007 by renowned developer J. Milton & Associates. With a total of 90 units and 4 units per floor, this is a rather private property ideal for those that prefer a more quiet setting. As a beachfront property, you would be right if you expect every unit to have oceanviews from their terraces as even those units facing west enjoy beach views thanks to a spacious wrap around balcony. In terms of the market activity in the building, DOM is at just above 200 days and average price per square foot is at about $525, which is quite attractive for a luxury property on the beach in Sunny Isles. This is a building with few units available for sale at one given time, being the larger 1,798 Sq. Ft. 2-bedroom units with private elevators the best value by far in the area with direct oceanviews.
